Daycare Training School
Daycare with Purpose. Training with Results.
We offer a structured dog daycare program where dogs don’t just spend the day — they learn.
Each dog receives daily training, guided socialization, and behavioral development in a safe, controlled environment.
Owners are able to track real progress in obedience, impulse control, and social behavior — not just “a tired dog at pickup.”
Training Philosophy: Slow, Structured, and Individual.
Training at Daycare Training School is progressive and non-overloading.
We do not rush dogs through commands or overwhelm them with pressure.
Every skill is introduced only when the dog is ready.
Our Core Principles
• Gradual learning without mental or emotional overload
• Focus on long-term reliability, not short-term performance
• Respect for each dog’s temperament, age, and learning capacity
Program Duration
There is no fixed timeline.
Average training duration: 3 to 4.5 months
The exact duration depends on:
• the dog’s learning ability,
• level of excitability and impulse control,
• previous training experience,
• consistency of attendance.
Dogs advance based on readiness, not on the calendar.
Class Structure
Dogs progress through levels when skills are stable and reliable — not after a set number of days.
Class 1: Basic Obedience & Socialization
• Core commands: Sit, Down, Come
• Calm behavior around people and dogs
• Impulse control and patience
Class 2: Control & Manners
• Commands: Wait, Heel, Leave It
• Ignoring distractions
• Proper behavior in public environments
Class 3: Advanced Training & Skills
• Command reliability at a distance
• Advanced work with distractions
• Complex commands and tricks
(spins, jumps, object retrieval, etc.)
Daily Evaluation System
Progress Board in the Lobby
We use a color-coded progress board so owners can clearly see how their dog performed each day.
How It Works
• Each morning, your dog’s name is added to the board
• Trainers observe behavior and training progress throughout the day
• At pickup, a color rating is displayed:
🟥 Red – Needs more work (low focus, over-excited)
🟨 Yellow – Average day (progress with mistakes)
🟩 Green – Excellent day (strong focus and performance)
Trainer Feedback
Short notes may be added, such as:
• 🏅 Great focus today!
• 🐾 Needs more work on “Heel”
• ⚡ Over-excited — extra impulse control needed
➡️ Consistent green days may lead to promotion to the next class level.
A Typical Day at Daycare
☀️ Morning: Training sessions + structured socialization
🎾 Afternoon: Playtime, rest, and individual trainer work
🌙 Evening: Skill reinforcement + owner feedback
Individual Approach & Limited Enrollment
Every dog in our program:
• trains at their own pace,
• receives individualized corrections,
• advances only when ready.
Because of this personalized approach, enrollment is limited.
We intentionally keep small groups to ensure:
• quality training,
• proper supervision,
• real, measurable results.
Our Goal
Our goal is not to simply exhaust your dog.
Our goal is to send you home with:
• a calmer dog,
• a more focused dog,
• a dog that listens in real life, not just in training sessions.
We intentionally keep small groups to ensure:
• quality training,
• proper supervision,
• real, measurable results.

Our Team

Colin - Owner & K9 Trainer
I have been training dogs my whole life and worked professionally with animals for over 10+ years! My specialty is aggressive breeds who have been deemed untrainable. This is largely due to my passion in saving dogs lives from being euthanized for sometimes simple correctable behaviors.

Vitalii
Vitalii Brizhatyi is a professional dog trainer with over 13 years of international experience working with dogs across multiple continents. His background combines formal education, applied behavioral science, and real-world operational training.
He received formal certification and advanced education in canine behavior psychology and behavior prediction in Russia, building a strong theoretical foundation that informs every training decision he makes.
Vitalii expanded his expertise internationally, completing advanced training and working as an instructor at the ECU-K9 School in Ecuador, where he trained dogs at a professional level and worked directly within the detection department. His experience is not limited to obedience — it includes operational, structured, and purpose-driven training.
He is certified to train service dogs for people with disabilities, requiring precision, reliability, and strict behavioral standards. In South America, he also participated in a large-scale rehabilitation project, transforming shelter dogs into candidates suitable for police and service work — a process that demands deep understanding of temperament, stress thresholds, and recovery.
Throughout his career, Vitalii has trained dogs in Eurasia, South America, and the United States, giving him a broad, adaptable perspective on behavior shaped by environment, genetics, and handling.
He is an officially approved AKC CGC Evaluator (Evaluator #114437), authorized by the American Kennel Club to assess dogs under nationally recognized standards. This includes:
• AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy
• AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC)

• AKC Urban CGC
• AKC Trick Dog
• AKC Video Home Manners
This accreditation confirms that Vitalii meets AKC professional standards for evaluating behavior, obedience, temperament, and cooperation between dog and owner — not opinions, but standardized criteria.
His approach to training is structured, diagnostic, and goal-oriented. Before training begins, he prioritizes understanding the owner’s expectations and the dog’s behavioral profile. Training plans are individualized, built to develop stability, confidence, discipline, and reliable obedience, rather than short-term compliance.
Vitalii operates with transparency and accountability and is prepared to provide verifiable diplomas and certifications to confirm his qualifications
What Our Clients Say
Jeff
"Buster is an inclusive dog center reasonably priced. I use them for training my Doberman, boarding and day care to take care of his high energy and socialization. Each part is well supervised and very clean, especially the large shaded outdoor areas. They really take an interest in your dog. It's much happier and cleaner than dog parks."
Mandi
"I am a new pet parent and was scared to drop my little buddy off to anyone. My husband and I came across Buster’s and I am SO glad we did! Our little Nacho got to be outside and play with all the other dogs, he even got to try out the doggy pool! If you want to take your dog to a wonderful place where they care for your pets as well as you do, send them here! The staff is absolutely wonderful, we will be back!"
